The Kirkland remodel involved removing dividing wall between kitchen and dining room to create one open space that is visually divided by new structural steel beams, the kitchen space was extended to the deck by adding 16’ wide bifold doors to newly covered deck which will have solar integrated glass panels which will not only keep the deck dry but will add as shading device as well as provide supplemental electric power.
