The Medina remodel is an extensive remodel which encompasses rebuilding the main entry stairs as well as pushing out the front entry to give a more elegant entry to the interior of the house as well as adding to the curb presence.  This remodel also includes a total re design of the kitchen. The redesign of the kitchen involves removing the existing French doors and replacing with bifold doors to fully open the kitchen to the newly covered patio to extend the dining room to expand the entertaining space.
