The Mercer Island remodel is going to be an extensive remodel, we will be rebuilding the west wing of house from existing footings up. The kitchen will be a total redo and we will be adding space by bumping out a gable roof to the existing patio that will have bifold windows at counter to connect to the newly covered patio trellis.
