These projects are currently in for permit, under construction or are still in design refinement. We will use 3d massing modeling software to bring 2d floor plans and elevations to life to help our clients visualize what an interior space or exterior will look like before it is built. This is a very cost effective tool that also helps with design intent for the builder.
